So, we are out on location

So we’re trying to find the best location we’ve got a nice little abs routine for you that we’re going to show you today and we’ve heard this is a nice area to film in

Yeah we’ve never neither of us have been here before it’s not far from where we live

So, we’re going to find you a really nice location there’s a loch just beyond those trees

Rab, hasn’t worked out the zoom function yet usually he just moves his head closer to the object

So we’re going off into the unknown here gorgeous sunny day as always

We were actually called the kilted couches the other day though, weren’t we?

We’ve never been called a couch before

Rab, has just worked out how to record in 4K so quality will be improved now this bugger forgot to bring a part to stick it to the tripod so he had to run all the way back to his car

Hey I said i’d be ten minutes and I was twelve I’m two minutes late but

Well I’ve just figured out how to put the camera into 4K mode so

OK, so were we not in 4K before?

Apparently not

There’s us telling our subscribers yeah we’ve got these 4K camera, they’re amazing, maybe not

Right, so we’re got a plank challenge for you today

We found the best location like we said we were searching and searching and i think we’ve done you justice

So nice straight forward challenge today we’re going to have front plank, ok? Then we’re going to transition into side plank

Nice and easy and then we go into what’s called a toe tap which is when you just foot out foot back in again one side at a time

Then we’re going to do a knee pull or a commando lift or a Spider-Man plank

Yeah i like to call it a commando plank ultimately knee coming into the side and up you’re aiming for your knee to touch your arm

and then we’re going to transition into hop planks

Hop planks are awesome the rule is only one foot is allowed to touch the floor at any one time so you’ve got to lift a foot in order to transition you have to hop you can’t put it down and the lift the other it has to be a hop over

So for beginners it’s 30-seconds each movement

Intermediates go up to 1-minute each exercise

and for the advanced hell go for two minutes of each exercise

Two minutes is going to hurt

Muscle up butter cup, let’s get stick in

Well great ab workout i don’t know about you but i’m definitely feeling that

Definitely the core was tested on that one

Yeah well time to crack on
