Suspension training has been around for many years, however, recently it has become quite fashionable.
Suspension trainers are very portable, versatile and you can work every body part on them if you wish. The coaches will take you through five of the basic exercises to stimulate the main areas of the body.
The suspension trainer is great for building strength through muscles and joints and can give you a different approach to your fitness, it is also a great tool to use outdoors as you can hang from goal posts or a tree for maximum effect.

The exercises covered in this workout are as follows:

* Suspension Push Ups
* Suspension Pulls Ups
* Tricep Extensions
* Bicep Curls
* Jump Squats

The further away from the anchor point, the harder it makes the exercise – challenge yourself!
