We are big believers, along with many others, that if you win the morning you will win the day! This all comes back to your morning routine, you start as you mean to go on. If you get a good routine first thing in the morning it will set you up to get a lot done throughout the day.

More often than not, peoples mornings are hectic. You get up as and when you have to so you can rush a breakfast and get out the door. You then tend to find that the rest of the day will follow suit. What we like to do is have a set routine in the morning. This routine will change from person to person.

We have an acronym to help maintain this routine. The routine will be different for everyone but the acronym will remain the same and it gives you a framework for setting up your morning.

The Kilted Coaches want to bring you a BRIGHT morning.

B – Body, every single morning you want to be doing something for your body to get the energy flowing.

R – Relationships, these are the life blood of success, whether that be in business/career, love life or friendships. You really need to look at your relationships and keep them alive and fresh. Every single morning think to yourself what relationships do i want to boost and tell them how you feel about them.

I – Income, this can apply to your working life or anything that can potentially bring in more money and think what can i do to improve my income today.

G – Goals, we love goal setting! So looking at the small daily goals, every morning think about what you are going to achieve today so that when you go to bed at night you will be satisfied.

H – Home, we have mentioned previously about making your bed in the morning but there are also other little tips you can do. For example, you can wash your dishes after breakfast. That way you are coming home to how you want to find it.

T – Time, we have done a mindset on this already, time is your only real currency. A rich man doesn’t have any more time than a poor man! We all have 24 hours in a day, therefore what can you do today to either utilise your time better, creat more time or just be more productive. Meditation can also be a great way to create more time by giving you clarity and clear your thoughts.
