Saturday LIVE Workout in the Woods…

Kilted workout in the woods part IV. The fourth instalment of the LIVE workout experiment. This week we progressed the shoulder routine up to 240 reps for the final set which really burned the shoulders and was great for fat burning. we completed a real bum busting routine of 6 sets of jump squats in with lunges and we also resisted the simple ab routine and added in another set.
