Protein Porridge Pancakes are a great way of increasing your fibre intake (oats) as well as your protein intake (protein powder) which are both commonly lacking in the western diet. They are, quite simply, awesome.

There are lots of variations of protein pancakes but being the Kilted Coaches we wanted to get our porridge oats in there. And the best thing about making porridge into pancakes is that you can put any topping you like on them to increase flavour, nutrient content and presentation or just have them as they are for eating on the go. An all-round winner.
