Kilted Jedi – a time and effort mindset! No matter what you want to do in life or what you want to become, anything is possible with a little time nd effort.

So the point of todays video is appreciating the time and effort to get the good things done. Obviously this was a bit of a laugh. I wanted to be a Jedi, so I put a bit of time and effort in and the end result was a couple of Jedis!

So if you want to get anything done in life, whether it be losing weight, ;earning about food, then you have to be willing to put the time and effort in to get the job done.

You have to to appreciate that anything that is nice in life, like a better physique or a healthier lifestyle, it dose require a certain way of living. If you aren’t quite there at the moment, it is going to take that time and energy to get there. You have got to ask yourself the question ‘Are you willing to put the effort in?’ A lot of people like the idea of losing weight but as soon as they start the journey they realise how difficult it can be to change a few habits. You then have to decide is the reward worth the time and effort.

If you are not willing to put the time and effort in to get that reward but still want the reward, then you don’t deserve it!! If you want to make change then you have out the time and effort in!!
