The Hang Tough Workout is a simple set of exercises you can do from a hanging position.  Whether that be a tree branch, goal posts or a play park apparatus.

The exercises are simple and should be done to failure.  Plus, at the very end hang for as long s you can!  Exercising outdoors is fantastic in the oxygen rich air, and especially good if you have great Scottish scenery like the Den in Dunning to train in.  This is why we love Scotland.

Exercises include…

Squat Jumps with taps.

Wide grip pull ups.

Close grip pull ups.

Leg Raises.

Knee Raises.

At the end hang as for as long as you can!
