Live Kilted Workout…

Kilted workout in the woods part II, this is week 2 of the LIVE workouts experiment and for this workout we stepped things up a little, giving the shoulders a good fat burning routine that burned like crazy. We also worked the core and obliques with some russian twists and basically used the kettlebell more as a weight again in this routine.
