For this weeks Mindset Monday, the coaches brought you a video on how to appreciate just how awesome you really are!
Realise how awesome you are. This is a lesson from Fonzie. We are big believers that you should always look to make progress.
Physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and spiritually. But when you are constantly looking forward it’s nice to be able to stop, take a look at yourself and realise how far you have come and how awesome you actually are.

For Wednesdays video, the coaches brought you their workout ‘Hang Tuff’.
The Hang Tuff workout is a simple set of exercises you can do from a hanging position whether that be a tree branch, goal posts or a playpark apparatus.
The exercises are simple and should be done to failure. And at the very end hang for as long as you can!
Exercising outdoors is fantastic in the oxygen rich air, and especially good if you have great Scottish scenery like the Den in Dunning to train in. This is why we love scotland.
