Our 10-week LEaN Runner program is suitable for all fitness levels and focusses on three areas to make you the best runner possible. Strength, Conditioning and Flexibility, Aerobic Threshold Progressions and Distance Build Up.
For this program you will not require any specific equipment just an open mind to a new way of run training.
