Our 12-week LEaN BULK program is suitable for all fitness levels. The program is split into three phases, each designed to challenge you a little further.
For this program you will require a Barbell, Bench and some dumbbells.
LEaN BULK Nutrition Blueprint or EverLEaN Principles
You have two options for the LEaN BULK nutrition plan. You can either aim to put on maximum possible size with our bulking blueprint or you can choose to run our EverLEaN nutrition principles along with the LEaN BULK exercise plan. This option would be suitable for anyone who wants to gain the strength but not the size.
