Tartan Panther Workout

The Tartan Panther workout has ben created to celebrate the release of black panther this week. Get the upper body and your cardio worked with panther crawls and panther press ups…basically take an exercise…and put the word panther in front of it lol!

Making use of some of the movements from the animal workout, this is all about using your own body as the tool. You don’t need any equipment, just use your own body and walk like the animals!

To start with complete panther crawls x20 paw steps.

Next up x10 panther press ups followed by x20 panther dips. To finish set 1 complete further panther crawls x20 paw steps.

Set 2: panther crawls x20 paw steps. Next is panther press ups x12 followed by panther dips x30. To finish set 2 complete panther crawls x20 paw steps.

Set 3: panther crawls x20 paw steps. Next is panther press ups x14 followed by panther dips x40. To finish set 3 complete panther crawls x20 paw steps.

Set 4: panther crawls x20 paw steps. Next is panther press ups x16 followed by panther dips x50. To furnish set 4 complete panther crawls x20 paw steps.

Set 5: panther crawls x20 ape steps. Next is panther press ups x18 followed by panther dips x60. To finish set 5 complete panther crawls x20 paw steps.
